Advanced FlyQ EFB. Fri July 27, 8:30 AM. Homebuilders Hangar.
FlyQ EFB has emerged as one of the most popular iPad apps around, mostly due to its ease of use. But it has a lot of power, too. We’ll peel back the covers on some of its more advanced features and show how it integrates with FlyQ Online (PC and Mac) if there is a good Internet connection. This is a great chance to ask How To questions as it will be more interactive than a canned presentation. Expect topics on flight planning, ADS-B, device connectivity, the Simulator, the Flight Recorder, Documents, Augmented Reality, and more.
John Rutter, President of Seattle Avionics, will do the presenting duties. John is a co-founder of Seattle Avionics and certainly knows his stuff about both FlyQ and flying. He’s been an instrument-rated pilot for years and has flown and owned several planes. He also successfully got a plane filled with his family safely back on the ground after a catastrophic engine explosion over water so he clearly knows how to keep his cool.
