Northwest Aviation Show This Weekend!

Please note:  The show program lists the correct presentation times and rooms but the topic changed since printing.  Both presentations are about the new weather features in FlyQ EFB 4.5, not what is shown in the program.

Hard to tell by our recent weather but spring is less than a month away.  How can I be sure? This weekend (Feb 22-23) is the annual Northwest Aviation Conference and Show in Puyallup, WA!  See us at Booth #108 and watch our two presentations.

Check Out FlyQ EFB 4.5 at Booth # 108

TurbulenceWithPlay

FlyQ EFB 4.5 is in beta testing and nearly ready to launch.  It’s a whopper!  We refer to this release as The 3X Weather Release because it has 3X more weather layers than the current version.  Lightning, Icing, Turbulence, Surface Analysis, Cloud Tops, and so much more.  Not only that, it includes an incredibly helpful Timeline and Altitude Slider so you can see how weather is expected to change during your flight — all the more useful with our exclusive Predictive Radar.  Of course, it also includes the new ADS-B weather products like lightning, icing, turbulence, etc.  It’s nothing like anything you’ve seen before.  Be sure to check it out at the booth (#108)

We’ll demo the apps, answer whatever questions you have, and, of course, offer show-only discounts.

Presentations:

Saturday, 3:30 PM, New Predictive and Timeline-based Weather Tools for Pre-Flight and In-Flight.  North Foyer (E).  Steve Podradchik, CEO

Big changes are in the air – and on the ground!   Make your flying safer and easier by seeing how a new generation of ADS-B and Internet-based weather systems let you analyze weather in new, more comprehensive ways.  Learn about new ADS-B weather products such as Lightning, Icing, and Turbulence.  See new Internet-based weather products, including predictive radar, cloud tops, and cloud bottoms, that use a timeline and altitude slider to help you do a better preflight analysis than every before possible.

  1. Yes of course! I’m often awake and working at 2:30 AM so seemed like a great time 😉 No, of course it’s 2:30 PM. I copied/modified the post from last year and didn’t notice that the Sunday one was originally at 11:30 AM so missed the AM/PM thing. Great catch!
